300 Movie Review

The second  part of the 300 series has been released. To start off,it is rather a side-quel or call it a spin-off.
The new chapter of the saga is based on the graphic novel Xerxes by Frank Miller.
The movie has a lot of gore-violence but isn't ass chilling as the first one.

Directed by Noam Murru previously directed 'Smart People' has done his justice to the film. No,doubt the movie is stylish but lacks alot.
The movie has super-spectacular visuals,a high budget but lacks the original touch of artwork which the previous one had.

The plotthis new chapter of the epic saga takes the action to a fresh battlefield-on the sea-as Greek general Themistokles attempts to unite all of Greece by leading the charge that will change the course of the war.
Themistokles against the massive invading Persian forces led by mortal-turned-god Xerxes (Rodrigo Santoro), and Artemisia (Eva Green), vengeful commander of the Persian navy.

Verdict: 2/5 stars
